Vlamel Technologies LLC builds software for complex data and real-world decisions. Engagements are principal-led. Specialists are brought in when the work requires them.
Delivery model
Vlad Powerman, owner and CEO, builds the software and leads the engagement. Acceptance criteria are agreed by both parties before a build is judged complete. The sequence is fixed:

Define the workflow, scope, and acceptance criteria.
Users, procedure, what is in and out of scope, and the checks that decide acceptance.

Build and review working increments.
Software that runs, reviewed while change is still practical.

Test against agreed requirements.
The acceptance criteria, applied to the build.

Deliver documentation and handover.
The software, the documentation needed to operate and change it, and a transfer to the people receiving it.

- Project data stays scoped to the engagement. Access is limited to people working the engagement.
- Security, residency, and procurement constraints belong in the project note and the acceptance criteria.
- Vlamel does not publish a general claim of FedRAMP, SOC 2, or similar certifications on this site.
- Work that cannot meet stated data constraints is declined.

Not a fit
Staffing-only placements, large unmanaged team augmentation, or engagements that require pretending there is a large bench behind the principal.
